Brigid is a Mental Health Counselor with experience in treating substance use, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and personality-type disorders. She graduated with her M.Ed in Human Development and Counseling from Vanderbilt University in 2022. As a primary inpatient clinician, she utilizes a person-centered approach, identifying helpful concepts from a multitude of theoretical frameworks including CBT, DBT, Seeking Safety and IFS to assist clients in meeting personal recovery goals. In her free time, Brigid enjoys exploring art exhibits, walks in Central Park, and spending time with her cat, Louie.
